Kenneth Ayers

Kenneth Ayers is a recent JD graduate from Michigan State University College of Law with a strong foundation in business law, tax, estate planning, contracts, commercial transactions, and general litigation. His legal education and experience have prepared him to navigate complex legal issues with strategic thinking and a commitment to fairness. Kenneth is passionate about delivering practical, ethical solutions—whether guiding clients through transactional matters or advocating in the courtroom. He’s eager to contribute to organizations that value integrity, collaboration, and meaningful legal impact.
M. Iman Davenport

M. Iman Davenport is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. She received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she served as Associate Program Editor and Note and Comment Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal, and B.A. from Hampton University. Davenport is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Mary Ann Ferguson
Assistant Dean for Diversity & Equity Services Office at Michigan State University College of Law

Dean Ferguson is the founder of MSU College of Law’s Diversity and Equity Services Office. She was the first member of the Law College’s staff who identifies as a Black and African-American Woman to hold a decanal title. Within her multi-faceted roles, she seeks to ensure that MSU Law’s prospective, admitted and current community realizes the Law College’s multicultural, equity, diversity, inclusion and access mission. Further, she serves as MSU Law’s liaison to the broader MSU campus, academy and legal profession on the importance of increasing and sustaining diversity. With the unwavering goal of giving life to silenced voices, she is internationally known for her mantra “accepting identity, appreciating voice and achieving justice for all.” Dean Ferguson holds a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law. She is a licensed attorney.

Jameson Tibbs is an Entertainment, Media & Technology attorney. He works with artists, independent filmmakers, music producers, songwriters, music managers, music executives, athletes, and entertainment companies. Much of his practice focuses on structuring and negotiating agreements related to recorded music, music publishing, literary publishing, independent film production, advertising. merchandising, sponsorships and endorsements. He also assist clients with business formation, content strategy, intellectual property matters, and technology with a specific focus on artificial intelligence and adaptive systems. Tibbs received his J.D. from Cleveland State University and B.S. from Morehouse College.
