How much are regular membership dues?

The membership cycle begins August 1 and ends July 31 of each year. How does an individual’s membership fee apply to a membership cycle? An individual’s membership fee applies to the membership cycle in which they are currently in and thereafter based on the option they have chosen. For example, if a member pays for a one-year membership on July 3, 2024, their membership will apply towards the 2023-2024 membership year. The membership would lapse on August 1, 2024, as the 2023-2024 membership cycle would end on July 31, 2024, with a new one beginning on August 1, 2024, for the 2024-2025 membership cycle. Does an individual have to be a NBLSA dues paying member to participate in NBLSA or regional level activities such as job fairs or conventions? Yes. What benefits come with membership? Members have access to several benefits that can be found on the Membership page of the NBLSA website. |
When does bulk membership start and end?
Bulk membership occurs at a time set by the National Board. For the 2024-2025 school year, bulk membership will open September 1, 2024, and close no later than October 13, 2024. What are the prices for bulk membership? For a group of five to nine individuals: $45 For a group of ten to twenty-five individuals: $40 For a group of twenty-six individuals or more: $35 What is the benefit of bulk membership? Not only does bulk membership allow members to receive a discount on their membership fee, but it increases the voting power of the respective BLSA chapter. If I pay for bulk membership, will I have to renew my membership? Bulk membership prices are a discounted price on our one-year membership. Therefore, memberships for those who purchase through bulk membership will lapse the following cycle. How do I initiate bulk membership? Members should use the Bulk Membership Form to submit an excel sheet with each members’ name and email address to which an invoice will be sent for payment. |
